Good luck, hang in there, treat yourself good and definitley have a 3rd stepper monitor you on your progress.
It can be an easy journey or a tough journey and that depends on you, your attitude and how you react when you interact with people.
Physically (with the eating, not sleeping and meditatiing) it is fairly easy (easier than boot-camp or anything like that) :-)
Emotionally and Mentally it will rip you up and tear you apart if you choose. :-)

If you have any trouble at any point, feel free to call us! (503-249-0303)
    Love you!

I think Elizabeth was pinting out a good point. It says "soup" not "broth". That little difference can make a big difference down the line Ithink. "broth" is pretty hard core, but I suppose that is what it is about...
    Good luck, you badass you.
    (what about prima?)

      Thank you Amanda and Shawn-

Amanda: I will probably give you guys a call to find out more- thanks for the offer! I think the hardest part will be not being able to avoid myself through internet, iced mochas, tv, books, phone conversations etc!!! I am kind of excited to see what happens when I finally clear out some of the deeper s--t!

Shawn: I totally have not even started prima yet, I figure this process will give me plenty of time to finally start that process too. I am motivating Steven to do the journey with me, do you want to start when we start? I figure after we ascend into malkuth would be a perfect time! I will accept the title badass AFTER i actually follow through on these things!!!

You may find the information contained in the pdf file at the following link highly valuable to you as you prepare for your journey. It was for me and is one of the foundational documents I teach from. It's content will serve you in good stead at this point in your development and throughout your pursuit of the Great Work.

Thanks Solider of God- When does mars go direct?

Yvette- We are thinking of starting Sunday the 6th of January. I need to go to get re-certified for Teachers in late February so I wonder how I will do away from home finding the food I can eat out of town.

Al- Thanks, I will print that out and read it while I still can!

I guess one of the things that confuses me about the journey is what they mean by 'soup'. I feel like I need a bunch of recipes, and what am I allowed to put in the soup? Did anyone have a problem with not having protein? I am vegetarian already but can we have miso with tofu? Help!

Funny, I just realised yesterday that even if I start in January I still have a month to figure out the food but I really want to have my ducks in a row.

        Hey Erin

I would recommend either starting before January 28th or after February 19th -- you've got Mercury Retrograde in there and starting new things during that time can be uncomfortable and hard to get through...
