Yes, as shawn has described that sort of thing is happening around the world and is important. But for most of us we don't need to look farther than our own backyards to address a challenging scenario and bring more light into the world. There is so much to be done right there! - where ever you are at any given moment. I'd like to see more participation from the general initiate base to be active 'in the field'. We should not be depending on 3.0 RMs to handle everything... as described they are sent around the world on specific missions and thus need the general Initiates base to really step up, hold the light, and do the work on the local level. I think this is the kind of Service Gudni was referring to with the locals in Japan. Even if one is not an RM there is so much work to be done to support the light. I'd like to see teams assembled with specific missions carried out weekly. RMs have plenty of work to do (and they know what I'm talking about) but many just don't make themselves available to be active in the field. And there are lots of roles on these teams and some are simply supporting the 'on duty' RMs on the etheric while they are active in the field... (so if someone isn't comfortable 'in combat' they can still be a part of a team and give great service to the work). There is so much that can be done with just space clearing and setting sacred energies that you don't have to be a super warrior or even an RM to perform and hold the energy for. Beyond even the RM work (which tends to be combative) there is so much that teams of Adepts can do to bring light, hope, and inspiration to an area.

We can coordinate teams to:

Anchor Pillars of Light around our neighborhoods.
Coordinate these Pillars of Light into Sacred Geometric Grids enhancing their power over a larger area.
Pick up trash while Visualizing that we are Cleaning Up the Etheric and Polishing the Energy as well as the physical.
Set Sacred Space in Public Places.
Go Give 'Free Hugs' (there are organizations dedicated to just that)
Work with People in Homeless Shelters teaching them to hold Love and spread Light as a service for the charity they receive.
Support and Hold Space for a particular project or event in your area.

What other ideas do you all have of how we can be of service in the Light in our local Communities? Spreading the Love, Anchoring the Light, and Inspiring Hope has to start at every local level in order for the Ritual Master work in key areas around the world to be effective and lasting. We all can support this: even if it is at the Super Local level of our own homes and our own hearts.
